How do we produce it?

With our customer-centric approach, we work meticulously to carefully design and produce each of our products. Our development process begins with 1:1 scale models and 3D scanning technologies. Based on the obtained data, we create structure and action plans, and at this stage, we transfer the data directly from the drawing to our CNC line using the latest CAD-CAM technologies, including the Top Solid program.

We combine traditional carpentry expertise with modern technology using state-of-the-art wood processing machines. Starting from wood selection, we carefully inspect and classify each piece. Utilizing CNC wood processing centers for the five-axis machining of complex shapes, we ensure each part is intricately shaped through milling.

The final processing of wood is carried out meticulously, both mechanically and by hand. We perform the surface treatment of wood with special materials that enable our products to withstand the most challenging conditions. Our expert craftsmen individually inspect each piece, thoroughly check all semi-finished products, and ensure that, if necessary, each part takes its final shape by hand before the final processing.
